2017 National most trustworthy brands

What is trust made up of? We interact with hundreds of brands every day, but what makes us go back to the ones we trust? In conjunction with The Center for Brand Values Communication and Research at California State University, Fullerton, The Values Institute has polled over 1,400 individuals to determine the nation’s most trustworthy national brands. Powerhouse names across various industries, like Southwest, AT&T, Apple, and Hilton, were rated by C-Trust, TVI’s measurement made up of five separate variables: Consistency, Competence, Candor, Concern and Connection.
